Countersunk Head Rivet Nuts
The countersunk head is used where a flush or non-interference fit is required. The hole on the installation side of the material needs to ensure the countersink is a little bit deeper than the countersunk head thickness itself. This allows the head of the nut to sit just below the surface of the material after being set by the setting tool, giving a non-interference fit. As with flat head, it can be used in a conventional way of fixing into one piece of material, or used in multiple materials to clamp them together.
